It’s Not the Lack of Resources. It’s You. (Yes, You.)

Let’s get straight to it.

The biggest thing I have seen holding people back… including myself… isn’t a lack of resources, or knowledge, or connections.

It’s you.
It’s me.
It’s us.
We are in our own damn way.

And I know, I know, it sounds cliché. Basic.

But stick with me. Because if you are anything like me, you are probably guilty of this too.

The Sneaky Excuse Game

Whenever I have told myself,

“I can’t do this because I don’t have XYZ resource…”

…it’s never actually been the real reason.

Sure, resources help. Tools help. Mentors help.
But they are not the thing stopping you.

Here’s a real-life example:
I paid for a mentorship because I wanted to learn a new skill fast.
I thought paying would magically speed things up.
Spoiler alert: It didn’t.

The mentor gave me the system. The strategy. The roadmap.
But the walking part? The painful, repetitive, daily execution part?
That’s still on me.

And every time I didn’t do the work, it wasn’t because I didn’t know what to do.
It was because I just didn’t do it.

Let’s Get Uncomfortably Honest

The truth is… I am lazy.
Not in a “sleeps all day and eats chips” way.
But lazy in the specific area where I need to go all in.

Let me give you the brutal example:

I want to scale my agency to $15K–$20K/month, and eventually to $100K/month (yep, 1 crore).
And I know I have the system to get there.
I have built it. I have tested it. It’s not some mystery.

But am I following it like I should be?

Nope.
Because it’s hard.
Because it’s boring sometimes.
Because my current comfort zone is “the agency is already running well.”

But guess what?

That comfort zone is a trap dressed as “success.”

And if I stay there, I’ll never hit the goals I have set.
I’ll just hover.
And hovering is dangerous, it tricks you into thinking you are moving.

The Real Blocker

The biggest barrier between you and your next milestone isn’t money.
It’s not lack of time.
It’s not a mentor, or a funnel, or a better laptop.

It’s you, not willing to change.
It’s you clinging to old habits, old identities, and old excuses.

It’s me, saying:

“I’ll push harder when I’m in the trenches.”
“I’m earning enough for now, I’ll scale later.”
“I’m already doing more than most people.”

That’s not how winners think.
That’s how people plateau.

And I’m done plateauing.

Me vs. Me Is the Real Battle

I have realized: if I want to reach that $100K/month goal,
I can’t wait for motivation.
I can’t wait to feel like doing the work.
I can’t keep letting comfort win.

I have to kill the version of me that keeps saying “this is enough.”
Because it’s not.

I have built the system.
Now I need to run it like my life depends on it.
Because in a way, it does.

So What About You?

Chances are, if you’re reading this, you have felt this too.
You have set big goals.
But then your own mind throws these little roadblocks like:

– “I don’t have the right tools yet.”
– “Once I get that course, I’ll start.”
– “I’m just waiting for the right time.”

No.
Start now.
Work with what you have.
Call your own BS before it becomes your reality.

TL;DR:

It’s not the lack of resources.
It’s the lack of discipline.
It’s not the mentor.
It’s the you who’s not following the mentor’s system.
It’s not the world.
It’s the voice in your head saying, “This is good enough.”

But if you want to hit big goals... 1% goals… You have got to grind like the 1%.

Kill the version of you that keeps you stuck.
Create the version that moves mountains.

You have got what it takes.
Now act like it.
